Job Description :

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals in a supportive environment? Do you have a knack for creating engaging activities that bring joy and foster connections? If so, we'd be pleased to welcome you to work with us as an activity coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate 1-1 sessions and group activities to promote social interaction and well-being.

  • Organize daily outings and visits to local attractions.

  • Lead light exercise, board games, arts and crafts, puzzles, and knitting activities.

  • Coordinate gardening projects and sing-alongs.

  • Manage newspaper and book reading sessions, and assist with shopping outings.

  • Plan and execute birthday parties and special events.

 

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver’s License preferred.

  • Reliable, caring attitude with a passion for working with vulnerable individuals.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Experience as a Care Assistant with activities focus will be considered.
